They don't take hand-made items, which isn't a deal breaker. They don't accept anything that comes in a plastic bag. Which was annoying. I had to go to my car and get a box to give her the same things that were already in a garbage sack. The selection they have is small. The prices are high. The only reason I am giving a 2 star rating is their establishment is clean and organized. They also sell Melissa and Doug toys which I do love.
